IT – Support / Administrator (m/f/d) in the User Helpdesk
What you can expect from us
- You will provide technical support on site at our customers’ premises in Alzenau and also via remote maintenance.
- You are responsible for processing inquiries via the ticket system, telephone and e-mail.
- You will be responsible for the administration of Windows systems (workstation and server).
- You provide application support for Microsoft Office products, SharePoint and other standard applications.
- You will support our project team in handling IT projects, also internationally.
- You create solution documentation independently.
Your qualifications
- Customer focus and a confident demeanor! We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best possible support at all times. We can only achieve this with motivated and customer-oriented employees.
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable knowledge is required.
- Quick comprehension, a high degree of personal responsibility and the ability to organize yourself are essential.
- You have some experience in IT support and enjoy acquiring new skills.
- As we serve international customers, good written and spoken German and English skills are required.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL and incident management systems (ideally ServiceNow) an advantage.
- Occasional willingness to travel within Germany desirable (approx. four times per year).
