Job Description:
To strengthen our team in Dresden , we are looking for an unlimited full-time position as soon as possible:
Onsite IT Support / Administrator (m/f/d) in User Helpdesk and Server Maintenance.
What awaits you with us
You provide technical support on-site at our customers in Dresden.
You are responsible forprocessinginquiries via a ticket system, telephone and e-mail.
You are responsible for the support and administration of Windows systems (workstation and server).
You will independently perform Preventive Maintenance and software upgrades on complex systems at our customer’s site, primarily at well-known companies in the semiconductor industry.
You will provide application support for Microsoft Office products, SharePoint and other standard applications.
You are a key member of our project team in the execution of IT projects, also internationally.
You independently create solution documentation and reports.
Your qualifications
We attach great importance to a Independent and self-motivated work attitude. Ideally, you have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist. However, it is crucial that you are willing to learn new things quickly, high Personal responsibility and the ability to Self-organization .
Customer orientation and confident appearance. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible support to our customers at all times. We can only achieve this with motivated and customer-oriented employees.
You bring experience in IT- Support and enjoy working with people.
You have first experience in the administration of Linux systems and are skilled in the installation of server hardware.
You communicate fluently in German and English.
You arewilling to travel within Europe (approx. 25%) to support other locations and projects.
